The Arnot OpCo Candidacy Programme is designed to develop scarce skills and professional competencies within the mining sector. The programme supports graduates in gaining the practical experience and training required to obtain a Government Certificate of Competency (GCC) and advance their professional careers.
Duration: 36 months
This programme ensures that graduates with a Degree, Diploma, or N6-Diploma gain structured work experience aligned to their qualification. It equips participants with the practical skills and industry exposure needed to enhance their employability.
Duration: 24 months
The Work Experience Programme, also known as Work-Integrated Learning (WIL), provides university of technology and engineering students with the practical training required to complete their academic qualifications. Participants gain hands-on experience in a real mining environment while applying the knowledge acquired through their studies.
Duration: 18 Months
