About Us

Established in 2019 through a landmark employee-ownership transaction.
Located in Mpumalanga, South Africa, adjacent to the Arnot Power Station.
Estimated resource base of 210 million tonnes and reserves exceeding 20 million tonnes.
Current production of approximately 100,000 tonnes per month.
Supplies Eskom and other domestic customers, with expansion into export markets underway.
Operates a fully equipped Coal Handling and Processing Plant (CHPP) with crushing, screening, and DMS capabilities.
Positioned to produce and market RB1, RB2, and RB3 export coal products.
